Event Description

Title
Organizational Resilience - Nonprofit Learning Cohort

Presenters
Corky McReynolds, PhD, CPF. Principal, LeadTeam Consulting

Join a group of your peers for this five-session interactive series that will help you to establish a more resilient organization through these challenging times. Why do some organizations recover from change easier and quicker than others? Change is met with a varying degree of success or deep challenge depending on an organization’s resilience. Discover, assess, and apply tools to build or enhance resilience during change that results in a stronger and more sustainable organization. This cohort includes introductory presentations, facilitated discussions, participant reflection and action.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize and apply criteria to ensure a resilient organization.
  2. Engage the organizational assessment tool to evaluate core systems in their organizations.
  3. Develop priority strategies and tasks to improve resilience.
  4. Apply resources provided in the sessions to conduct an in-service for board and staff.
