Are you a latino-led nonprofit seeking consulting? Hire LACE!

Through the Nonprofit Association of Oregon’s (NAO) Latina Associates for Collaborative Endeavors (LACE) initiative, we offer a network of local associates who provide quality and experienced consulting services throughout the state of Oregon.

What is LACE?

Due to an increasing number of requests for Spanish-speaking nonprofit facilitators, trainers and consultants, NAO created the LACE initiative. LACE is a consortium of Latina professionals who have found common ground in serving the Latino community through aligned values and purpose.

The name LACE was chosen to represent the formation and unity of tactile and feminine units to form something beautiful, tangible and strong. Latinas represent various cultural and ethnic values to creatively build community and assure equity and inclusion for an ever-diversifying intercultural society. LACE is a network of highly qualified women professionals positioned and ready to deliver technical assistance and capacity building to nonprofit organizations across the state.

What LACE offers

LACE is designed to make a transformative difference in various communities by enhancing professional technical assistance and capacity building to support the nonprofit sector.

LACE consultants, trainers and facilitators are NAO Associates who offer ethnic-specific and intercultural services in English and Spanish with experience and skills in various areas of consulting including:

  • Board training and development
  • Succession planning
  • Organizational assessments
  • Strategic planning
  • Conflict resolution
  • Fund development planning

If you possess nonprofit experience at the leadership or management level, we encourage you to consider joining the LACE initiative. For questions contact lace@nonprofitoregon.org.
