The Portland Parks & Recreation Friend TA Fund supports pre-selected organizations and businesses in strengthening and building their capacity through membership in the Nonprofit Association of Oregon; participation in professional development opportunities offered through our Portland and Salem based nonprofit networks, workshops and/or webinars; and access to nonprofit publications and membership.

To be eligible for a TA Fund scholarship, applicants must first be authorized by the Portland Parks & Recreation. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please review the list of eligible organizations below.
