Effective nonprofits, and indeed the effectiveness of the entire nonprofit sector, depends on capable and committed leaders. NAO believes that the development of high performing, confident leaders, who inspire action, are responsive, skilled, and forward looking is essential to the success of any nonprofit mission.

The Rogue Valley Nonprofit Network (RVNN) training series provides regular professional development opportunities, tangible tools and strategies, and a chance to connect with peers in a collaborative learning environment.

Although this series is designed for nonprofit leaders, it is open to anyone who wants to learn more about effective nonprofit leadership.

2016-2017 Schedule

NEW! In response to participant feedback the series has been updated to include longer, three-hour training sessions and stand-alone networking sessions. Sessions will take place in either Medford and Grants Pass. Topics will focus on key elements that support effective organizations.
