Many executives wishing to improve their organization’s performance don’t know where to start. It’s common that performance feedback isn’t happening regularly outside of the formal review process. Feedback is often seen as a last resort in response to “performance problems” instead of an integral part of a leader’s regular interactions with their team. Employees often don’t feel empowered to be honest about opportunities for organizational, team, and personal improvement.

When an organization encourages a growth mindset and a coaching style of management, leaders focus on growth and development. Employees learn how to be more effective in their current roles and have more ownership of their professional growth. The entire organization learns to see through blind spots, open up about shortcomings, and more effectively further the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

Aimee Pedretti, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, Senior HR Consultant, Mammoth HR  

Aimee is a recognized leader in the field of Human Resources. As a Senior HR consultant at Mammoth HR, her clients are top executives, business owners, “HR departments of one” and experienced HR professionals. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles for Mercy Corps, an international humanitarian relief and development organization. Aimee served as the Global Director for the Board of Directors of PHRMA, the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a certified coach.
