Event Description

Title
What You Need to Know About Student Loans and Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Presenter
Joanne Di Paola, Lead Asset Building Specialist, DevNW

Join us for a webinar on Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The Department of Education recently announced some major changes to the PSLF program providing relief for millions of student loan borrowers. This will impact staff in the nonprofit sector as many people are now eligible for the program and for a limited period of time, borrowers may receive credit for past periods of repayment that would otherwise not qualify. In this webinar we will discuss how people in the nonprofit sector can take advantage of PSLF and who can go further to request repayment.

Please note that a recording of this webinar will be sent to registrants after the event.
