This hands-on workshop will explain and demonstrate the essential tools and framework to develop RSI and lead an intelligent team. You will acquire and practice leadership tools to harness your team’s collective potential to create a “we” vs. “me” mentality. With this heightened understanding, you will be equipped to develop and optimize your team’s functioning to have constructive collaboration with tangible results.

About the Presenter
Chris Cook, President & CEO, Capiche Communications
Chris Cook’s vision and strategic leadership have inspired and ushered in pivotal changes in both private and public-sector organizations over the last 30 years. Her creativity, contagious enthusiasm and cheerful diplomacy are grounded in a clearheaded logic and broad range of expertise—from organizational change and leadership to strategic management to marketing and communications.
Trained in individual and team coaching, Chris helps individual entrepreneurs and organizations achieve their potential by developing emotional and relationship systems intelligence.
She is a leader in marketing and branding—from market research to strategizing and executing branding programs. What sets Chris apart is that she helps organizations “live their brands” while implementing strategic marketing plans. She has served as a marketing executive for a number of universities and professional services firms.
An adjunct professor in Southern Oregon University’s Innovation and Leadership program, Chris is an entrepreneur and has served her community through the Small Business Development Center, Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc., Oregon Manufacturers Extension Program, and as a board member of the Mt. Ashland Association.
