Presenter
Anne Denecke, P.C., Denecke Employment Law
Oregon has been bustling with newly passed and proposed regulations and legislation that affects your employees, your human resource practices, and your business model. This is your opportunity to hear from an HR expert about the changing regulatory landscape that nonprofit organizations must navigate to remain compliant. We will discuss what has already changed in 2016, what is about to change, and what emerging legislative changes you should be following.
Take advantage of this this opportunity to get a convenient and timely update about these important issues. If the discussion helps you avoid even a single employment law misstep, your investment of time will be repaid many times over.
About the Presenter
Anne Denecke focuses on management employment and labor law, corporate diversity counseling, and human resources consulting. Anne has served as counsel with Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP, and was an associate attorney with Bullard Smith Jernstedt and Wilsen, emphasizing advice and counsel in all areas of management employment law. She was also the personnel and safety director for a multi-state manufacturing company, where she negotiated and administered union contracts, developed personnel policies and procedures, grievance processing, and more. Anne has published multiple articles on employment law, and speaks frequently on state and federal regulations. She has a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, and a B.S. from Willamette University.
