About the Presenters

Facilitator
Adrienne Graham, Senior Consultant, Nonprofit Association of Oregon

Adrienne Graham is a Senior Consultant for Central Oregon at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. Based in Sisters, Adrienne has worked with nonprofits for over 12 years as a nonprofit executive director and 20+ years of providing training, consulting and facilitation to the public and private sectors. Prior to joining NAO, Adrienne owned Leapfrog Training & Facilitation, a consulting firm that provided strategic planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness services to nonprofits, community groups and associations, including NAO. Prior to launching Leapfrog, Adrienne designed and delivered community leadership and organizational development programs for The Ford Family Foundation’s Community Program. Adrienne is a BoardSource-trained facilitator in NonProfit Board Assessment and Development, is certified in Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a certified facilitator for the national Points of Light Foundation Youth Leadership Institute and is a facilitator-trainer for Study Circles.

Panelist
Yvette Rhodes, Program Associate, The Ford Family Foundation

Yvette Rhodes supports the development and administration of programs and grants for both the Ford Institute and the Community Economic Development departments. Yvette, who came to the Foundation in 2003, manages the Technical Assistance Grants program. She grew up in Douglas County. She has an associate’s degree from Umpqua Community College and is finishing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Yvette is married with five children and two grandchildren, and enjoys outings with them, especially camping in the summer. She has served on her town’s school foundation board since its inception in 2005.

Cheryl Puddy, Program Officer, Central and Eastern Oregon, Oregon Community Foundation

Cheryl Puddy is Regional Coordinator and Associate Program Officer of Grants & Programs for the Oregon Community Foundation in Central and Eastern Oregon. She works with community leaders, nonprofits, their boards and volunteers to share OCF funding priorities and grant opportunities. Collaborating with OCF staff across the state, Cheryl works to convene regional partners around programs such as Central Oregon Latino Partnership, Community 101 Youth Philanthropy, in addition to Education and Arts & Cultural programs. Cheryl and her team of volunteer grant evaluators and scholarship readers help assure that Central and Eastern Oregon benefit from OCF’s statewide reach. Her history in Central Oregon and experience in the nonprofit sector provides a strong base in building relationships among a variety of individuals and organizations. Cheryl graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Education, returning to Bend and establishing several businesses’ while raising her family and enjoying all the outdoor offerings of the high desert.

Michelle Reynolds, Program Officer, The Miller Foundation

Michelle Reynolds is the Program Officer at the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation, joining the foundation in 2012. The Miller Foundation funds arts and K-12 education in the state of Oregon and is known in particular for its breadth of funding in the arts.  Michelle spent 12 years in leadership fundraising roles for various arts organizations in Portland, including Chamber Music Northwest, Oregon Ballet Theatre and Portland Opera prior to joining the foundation.
