Event Description

Title
BRAVING Trust: Tangible Solutions for a More Courageous Nonprofit Culture

Presenter
Kris McRea, McRea Coaching & Consulting

Trust is the glue that holds a team together, but “trust” is highly subjective and ambiguous. When trust is shaky, eroded, or destroyed, making an impact in and for our communities is extremely challenging.

In this session, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Kris McRea will use Brené Brown's best-selling book, Dare to Lead, to break down the concept of “trust” into digestible sections with measurable and actionable results. Participants will gain a clearer picture of how they trust themselves and then consider how to identify and grow trust behaviors with others. This webinar offers self-reflection opportunities and takeaway tools to help your team become more transparent in building and sustaining a trusting workplace.

Automatic closed captioning via Zoom is turned on by default for all NAO virtual sessions. For other accommodation requests, please contact us at training@nonprofitoregon.org. Advanced notice of at least 10 days is appreciated.
