In this four-session series learn neuroscience-based techniques to improve how you:

  • Collaborate with others
  • Resolve issues and make decisions
  • Deal with emotions
  • Lower your stress levels
  • Achieve a healthy balance between your work life and your personal life

January 18: Session 1

Learn how to easily shift your brain's default setting from 'always on the lookout for problems' to a solution-seeking mindset.

January 25: Session 2

Support your solution-seeking mindset by elevating your thought processes high above the details and problems that can drag you down into drama and dysfunction.

February 8: Session 3

Discover the five social leanings of the brain and how mastery of these will positively impact how you interact with individuals and groups.

February 15: Session 4

Integrate the new ‘Brain Apps’ into your work and personal routines and discover how you work and how you can transform your organization by transforming yourself.

You will expand on the sessions and support your insights working offline with other participants (typically a 20-30 minute phone call per week) on specially designed paired home-action assignments.

About the Presenter

Over ten years ago after working in project management positions in the entertainment and construction industries for most of his career, Jonathan Abramson transitioned into the nonprofit sector. He has had many fulfilling moments working on all sides of the table with nonprofits—as staff, committee member, volunteer, and independent counsel. Jonathan’s company avenue2possibilities LLC trains nonprofit leaders and staff to focus on why they do what they do from the 50,000 feet level and aim at their vision for what is possible for their community far above the myriad details of day-to-day operations. Jonathan has Associate Certified Coach credentialing with NeuroLeadership Group™. He finds their neuroscience-based coaching process helps his clients quite literally think better and achieve their goals faster than they have previously experienced.
