Event Description

Improving the Financial Conversation Between Staff and Board

Todd Kimball, Chief Financial Officer, CFO Selections

As a general rule, the discussion between staff and the Board surrounding an NFP’s finances fall somewhere between group confusion and boredom. Rarely do these meetings result in meaningful discussion or strategic planning.

During this training we will discuss some common communication mistakes and identify solutions to encourage open dialogue and improved financial awareness on both sides of the table.

Come prepared to share your successes and challenges, and we’ll all learn from one another.
