About the Presenters

Adrienne Graham, Senior Consultant and Regional Director of Central Oregon, Nonprofit Association of Oregon

Based in Sisters, Adrienne Graham brings deep experience with nonprofits. She served as a nonprofit executive director for over 12 years and for 20+ years has provided training, consulting and facilitation to nonprofits and to the public and private sectors. Prior to joining NAO, Adrienne owned Leapfrog Training & Facilitation, a consulting firm that provided strategic planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness services to nonprofits, community groups and associations, including NAO.

Before launching Leapfrog, Adrienne designed and delivered community leadership and organizational development programs for The Ford Family Foundation’s Community Program.  Her work has also included service in the public sector where she was Ombudsman for the City of Corvallis’s non-discrimination ordinance. Adrienne helped to ensure that the rights of members in a protected class were not being violated, and she led a citywide discussion-to-action program to build a more inclusive community, ‘Study Circles.’

Adrienne is a BoardSource-trained facilitator in Nonprofit Board and CEO Assessment and Development; is certified in Appreciative Inquiry (AI); and is a certified facilitator for the national Points of Light Foundation Youth Leadership Institute.
