- What needs to be developed at both the governance and management levels to guide organizational performance; and
- How to implement an effective approach and then measure its contribution to meeting your organization's purpose and desired objectives
This training is best suited for board members and nonprofit executives.
To best prepare for this session, please fill out pages 2-4 of these worksheets. This is designed to stimulate your thinking about Board work. Pages 6 and 7 will be discussed during the session.
