“Shared services,” “back-office support,” and “consolidated work.”
No matter the words, they all mean the same thing—more money for your mission and more effective use of human and financial resources. But how does it work?
This session will focus on the key questions that providers of back-office support need to ask in order to effectively run this line of business. The session will also turn the question back to the CFO’s and ask why a nonprofit would seek this service and what’s in it for them. Come prepared to engage with your peers in a candid discussion about this type of service and walk away with a checklist of considerations for either starting this service or utilizing it as a customer.
