Andy Robinson, National Trainer & Consultant

Thanks to the generous support and partnership of the Ford Institute for Community Building, RVNN is pleased to present this workshop at no cost.

Hundreds of nonprofits across North America are developing and selling goods and services that support and extend their missions. In doing so, they are discovering new strategies for educating their communities, activating their constituents, and expanding their budgets. In this workshop, we’ll take a look at several successful examples and teach you how to think—and behave— like a nonprofit entrepreneur. We will explore:

  • The pros and cons of earned income strategies
  • Role models: Grassroots groups with successful sales programs
  • Assessing your organization: Are you ready to go into business?
  • Testing out your earned income ideas with peers
