We offer a variety of affordable and practical educational programs that provide important and timely information to help you more effectively manage your organization. Opportunities include:
During Fall, we host an Annual Meeting celebrating our accomplishments from the past year, hear about our vision for the future, introduce new board members and network with our members. We invite you to take part in our Annual Meeting this year. NAO members are encouraged to join us at no-cost. View past and upcoming annual meetings.
Occasionally we partner with local and national organizations to host nonprofit conferences in various regions of Oregon. In the past we have partnered with the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, Young Nonprofit Professional Network, Rural Development Initiatives, and many others.
We offer forums across the state to provide a space where ideas and views on particular nonprofit issues can be exchanged and shared amongst other organizations. View upcoming forums.
We welcome nonprofit staff, board, and volunteers to connect, meet funders, and learn about available resources through one of our Resource Roundups. Gain tips for a compelling organizational story and funding proposal, and get the latest on current issues facing our sector, and actions you can take to make an impact. Find a resource roundup in your area!
Town Hall Meeting
Occasionally we offer town hall meetings in various parts of the state for local politicians to meet their constituents, either to hear from them on topics of interest or to discuss specific upcoming legislations or regulations.
