Tryon Creek Watershed Council invites you to join us as we revisit a restoration site along Deer Creek. We planted several native plants here in previous years and are going back to maintain the plants and remove encroaching invasive species, such as ivy, clematis, and blackberry. This is a great opportunity to visit Deer Creek, an important tributary to Tryon Creek that is often not seen by the public. We will meet at 9108 SW Trail Court and work from 10am-1pm. Tools and gloves provided. All ages welcome –
volunteers under 18 years old will require written parental consent to participate.
