About this event

A critical staff member has just given notice, or your board has approved adding staff. Now what? This session will cover steps to take in deciding how to fill that empty position, and how to ensure your new hire will set your organization up for success.
A light continental breakfast will be provided.

Cost: $10 for WVDO members; $20 for non-members

Speaker Bio:
Sarah Panetta is a non-profit executive with 20+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in exceeding fundraising goals through program leadership, donor cultivation and solicitation, and staff development. She has demonstrated an ability to partner with internal and external constituents to understand needs and program direction, create strategic alliances and drive to success. She is passionate about matching individuals
with opportunities and being a catalyst for change.
