“Creating a Culture of Philanthropy: A Panel Discussion” will be presented on Friday, May 1, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Doors open at 11 a.m. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the program from noon to 1 p.m. The event will be held at the Multnomah Athletic Club, 1849 SW Salmon Street, Portland, OR 97205. The event is sponsored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Oregon & Southwest Washington Chapter.

Director at University of Oregon Alumni Association, Erin Graham, COO, Oregon
Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) and Jessica Elkan, Director of Development and Communications, New Avenues for Youth will share how they successfully implemented their own “Culture of Philanthropy” to dramatically increase donor engagement and improve fundraising results. Staff, board member, volunteer, student and donor roles will be discussed along with concrete steps to create a “Culture of Philanthropy.”
The cost for the event is $35 for AFP members, $25 for AFP Young Professional
