How long has diversity, inclusion and equity been a societal problem? Do the current solutions actually work? What is the root issue? What part do community organizations play in this experience? And how does any given mission find renewed vigor by understanding this topic?

This presentation will give you a fresh perspective on these questions by providing you with a clearer lens from which to see the situation. Behind many nonprofit missions you’ll find a cause or need that stems, at least in part, from a lack of diversity, inclusion, and equity. While Incight’s mission is focused on Unlocking the Potential of People with Disabilities, the stigma surrounding disability has fueled the creation of this training, and has become a solution bold enough to confront the core inclusion issue. In turn, we’ve found this content has overlap into any other demographic; hence Inclusion Awareness Made Universal.

This content has been of value to academics, government, not-for-profits, and fortune 500 companies. At all levels, you’ll discover that individual and collective culture are synonymous with diversity, inclusion, and equity. This training will give you a brilliant paradigm bomb that upshifts any given inclusion scenario to the next level.
