Approaching problems can be daunting and draining as solutions get recycled and rejected. By using new skills for tackling a challenge or problem, individuals can spark new and innovative ways of thinking.
In this session, participants will:

- Understand how to generate innovative solutions
- Learn techniques for approaching change in a way that builds in past successes and strengths
About the Presenter
Lisa Goren is a leadership consultant and coach, specializing in creating strategies for engaging people in change. She is passionate about helping leaders in healthcare, education and other nonprofit sectors lead amidst industry and organizational transformation. Lisa draws from 15+ years of experience in professional communication to help leaders and teams increase engagement, manage change, plan strategically and communicate effectively. She is a frequent conference presenter and is on faculty at Pacific University and at the Foundation for Medical Excellence. She has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from Portland State University. |
