Presenter

Lisa Goren, Leadership Consultant & Coach

There is no shortage of problems facing organizations, leaders and teams in a swiftly moving and changing non-profit environment. Approaching problems can be daunting and draining as solutions get recycled and rejected. By using new skills for tackling a challenge or problem, individuals can spark new and innovative ways of thinking.

In this session, participants will:

  • Identify barriers to problem solving
  • Understand how to generate innovative solutions
  • Learn techniques for approaching change in a way that builds in past successes and strengths
