Nonprofit Association of Oregon
In today's multicultural workplace environment, holiday sensitivity no longer means simply putting a menorah next to the Christmas tree during the holiday season. Employers challenged to show fairness, employee appreciation, and holiday spirit may be tempted to pull the plug on holiday celebrations altogether. However, there are ways to celebrate the season in the workplace with understanding and respect.
Join NAO Senior Consultant Guadalupe Guajardo for a timely webinar that will help jumpstart a conversation in your own organization about honoring workplace diversity this holiday season.
This short one-hour webinar is intended to:
- Share our experiences and (sometimes mixed) feelings about the confusion, chaos, and joy of the season
- Identify challenges to be inclusive
- Share best practices on what is working
