About this event

Andy Robinson
National Trainer & Consultant

Mobilize your team, identify your prospects, and go out and ask. If you want to build a major donor program from scratch—or improve the one you’ve already got—this workshop walks you step by step through planning, implementation, and evaluation.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Clarify the case for the campaign (exercise)
  • Set a goal and build a gift chart
  • Create a campaign calendar and campaign materials
  • Recruit and train askers
  • Identify, assign, and engage prospects
  • Hold each other accountable as you implement the campaign

You’ll leave the workshop with a detailed outline, customized to your needs, for your next campaign.
