About this event

This event is provided by Willamette Valley Development Officers

This series is specifically tailored to nonprofit leaders to help understand
and to adjust to the variety of personalities that serve together.

Identify the basic instinctual drives and preferences that form our leadership styles: Self-Preservation, 1-to-1 Bonding and Social Navigation. While we use all three, some leaders bring a focus on material needs and basic preservation of legacy, others bring leadership skills through one-on-one relationships, and others have greater talent in navigating amongst social networks and community groups. Gain understanding of the value in all styles, and identify your own strengths and areas for growth.
