Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 8:00
Networking at 9:30
Join a panel of experts in nonprofit leadership transitions for a discussion of how some nonprofits build their leadership capacity, increase their impact, and thrive in times of change—and how inattention to leadership capacity can imperil an organization’s effectiveness. Our panelists will share lessons learned and strategies for building leadership in staff, Board members, and ourselves.
Come prepared to be inspired by your peers and take away some practical ideas you can apply in your own organization and networks.
