  • Leading authentically in an inclusive manner
  • Sharing best practices

At the completion of the session, you will be able to assess your own leadership adaptability and to identify your growing edge.

About the Presenter

Guadalupe Guajardo, PhD, is a Senior Consultant with NAO, specializing in organization development, Board trainings, leadership development, and cultural competency. Guadalupe holds a PhD in Transformative Learning and Change from California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco; an MA/ABS in Organization Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle; and an MA in Theology from Mt. Angel Seminary. Guadalupe is a member of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary of the US-Ontario Province, headquartered in Oregon.
