Passion and dedication are rarely lacking in nonprofits – but strong structures, policies and procedures are also important aspects to running an effective and compliant nonprofit. During this session we will review what it takes to have a compliant nonprofit that supports its board, staff and volunteers to focus on mission impact.

Outcomes

Participants will get an overview and resources pertaining to:

• Year reporting requirements
• Foundational paperwork and structures needed
• Recommended policies, procedures and job descriptions
