Format: One hour panel discussion followed by Q and A.

Cindy Cumfer, Retired attorney with 37 years experience working in the nonprofit community. She is co-author of the Oregon Nonprofit Corporation Handbook.

Anne O’Malley, AO Strategies and Affairs. Anne’s passion is the work done by nonprofits. Since 2005, she has been both coach and consultant working on
streamlining, troubleshooting and strategizing public relations and public
affairs for nonprofits, companies, organizations and associations. Her current clients include business trade associations, local political bodies, state agencies, and Oregon and Washington nonprofits.
