Human resource issues can be vast, confusing, and stressful. From hiring policies and benefits issues, to salary decisions and the importance of performance reviews, clearly spelling out HR issues both protects your organization and preserves the sanity of your staff.

In this presentation we’ll outline the basics necessary to an organization’s effective management of human resources, and discuss how to avoid the headache of unknowns and questions around potentially complex issues. Learn how to:

  • Understand the most important policies needed before hiring a single employee
  • Consult the experts
  • Identify who on your team can serve as the HR contact and what personality traits and skills are best suited for HR needs
  • Navigate healthcare reform
