Nonprofits exist to address the deepest discrepancies in our society. However, social sector organizations are not immune from racism, sexism, and oppression. With advancing equity a recurring topic in the sector, you might be thinking about how to make change at your organization but aren’t sure where to begin. Or, maybe you have been in this work for a while but are losing steam.

YNPN Portland invites you to join for its annual signature event on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Hear from local leaders on how they and some of Portland’s most prominent social sector organizations have examined policies and practices through an equity lens, reflected on one’s personal privilege, measured progress, and made change as a team.

*YNPN Portland charges a small fee to cover the costs associated with providing professional development events, but do not want the price to be an obstacle in attending. Please email Katie at [email protected] to request an exception to the fee.
