Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 8:00
Networking at 9:30

Do you have a strong understanding of your organization’s cash flow and sustainability? Are you a Board member who struggles to interpret whether resources are allocated efficiently and whether the organization is stable? Are you a nonprofit leader wanting to better communicate success or risks to your staff and Board through key financial metrics? Join us for an interactive session on financial governance in support of the mission. We will:

  • Briefly review basics of reading a financial statement and identify the most revealing areas of financial reports
  • Identify key indicators of your organization’s financial health
  • Align financial oversight with your organization’s business model and risks
  • Target questions, data, and analysis drawing on work already being done within your organization
