Event Contact Person: Erica Rife

About this event

This event is provided by Design Museum Portland

This June, Portland State University’s own Todd Ferry will share how
creating socially-conscious mobile spaces can address community concerns,
from education to homes, to opera-on-wheels. Todd Ferry is a Research
Associate and Faculty Fellow at the Center for Public Interest Design within
PSU’s School of Architecture. Todd has been active in progressive
design-build projects in Portland’s neighborhoods and around the world.
Todd’s current focus in on developing new models of engagement for fully
including all members of a community in the design process.

Taking place at Hand-Eye Supply the morning of June 9th, this Design Museum
Mornings will address what modular design can do to sustainably benefit the
community. Complete with breakfast and coffee, this second monthly
installation is not to be missed!
