One June 22, 2017, the Oregon Facilities Authority (“OFA”) will
hold an informational session for nonprofits and banks about OFA’s “Small
Nonprofit Accelerated Program Loan” (“SNAP Loan”), as well as OFA’s other
bond programs. The SNAP Loan program allows Section 501(c)(3) nonprofits to
lower the cost of financing through bank loans for the construction, purchase
or remodeling of their facilities. The discussion will focus on the benefits
of the program for nonprofits and the structure/requirements of the program.
OFA’s Associate Executive Director will answer questions during and after the
presentation.
