Are you tired of meetings that waste your time?
Through the neuroscience of learning, we are finding out more and more about how people best participate in meetings. In this short interactive session, we’ll explore three ways the meeting facilitator can systematically guarantee meaningful contributions from every attendee. We’ll share simple steps to ensure participants consistently attend meetings and willingly offer their unique knowledge and skills. When all your meetings are run with these three key elements in mind, you will begin to see a positive shift to more resilient, productive, and happier work teams.
