Specifically designed to assist anyone new to volunteer management, this day-long workshop covers:

– Orientation and Training
– Supervision
– Risk Management
– Recognition

Presented by two of Oregon’s expert trainers, Nancy Gaston and Jim Laden, this training will provide you with tools to enhance your existing program, or build one from the ground up. With their knowledge of volunteer programs
in government, nonprofit and faith-based sectors, Nancy and Jim can answer all your questions to develop a first-class volunteer program for your
organization.

A light breakfast and lunch is included with your registration.

Cost: $65 for NOVAA members | $75 for non-members
