As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and businesses start returning to work, pandemic-related difficult behavior is becoming a reality for many employers. Extroverts, introverts, and ambiverts alike have all had to develop new habits and coping mechanisms to deal with the lack of physical, face-to-face, social interaction during this time. Now that we are returning to work, some of these behaviors are being perceived by our co-workers as difficult behaviors.


Needless to say, how we manage difficult behavior during this transition is critical to developing healthy, professional, working relationships, as well as maintaining a productive workplace.
