As organizational hierarchies flatten and business models embrace a move from command-and-control type leadership, to a more peer-to-peer, team-driven leadership approach, the question of how to lead without designated authority becomes even more significant to organizational success. This course will help participants improve their influencing and persuading skills in positions where their role requires but does not have designated authority.
