Join Leigh McIlvaine of Clarity Loan Forgiveness Consulting for a 90-minute webinar that clearly lays out the rules, requirements, and process for receiving federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Attendees can expect to learn about the types of loans, payment plans, and employment that qualify for PSLF. This webinar will also focus on a critical time-sensitive PSLF opportunity that ends December 30, 2023. Leigh will address the recent Supreme Court decision overruling the Biden Administration’s One-Time Student Debt Relief as well as beneficial new regulations and payment plans now available to borrowers. Attendees will leave the webinar feeling confident that they have the tools and knowledge to successfully navigate the PSLF process while minimizing their loan payments and maximizing their financial well-being as they pursue loan forgiveness.

About the Presenter

Leigh McIlvaine, Principal Consultant, Clarity Loan Forgiveness Consulting, LLC

Leigh McIlvaine is a student debt survivor and accidental subject matter expert on Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Leigh is an advocate of nonprofit organization support for employees seeking student debt forgiveness. She believes that student debt relief is foundational to any economic justice agenda, and that Oregon nonprofit employers can lead the way with loan forgiveness support and education initiatives. Leigh founded Clarity Loan Forgiveness Consulting, LLC to help public and nonprofit employees obtain PSLF through workplace education and assist employers in becoming partners in support of student loan forgiveness.

Leigh lives in Oregon with her family and has worked in community and economic development nonprofit organizations for over ten years. She pursued PSLF from 2008 to January 2020, when she made her last student loan payment.
