Workshop

Alternative Leadership Structures: What Works, What Doesn’t, and Understanding the Path to Change

Online Event
  • Member Price: $25.00
  • Non-member Price: $50.00

About this event

As all of our attitudes toward work, wellness, and leadership continue to shift, we are seeing more and more nonprofits look to leadership structures outside of the traditional model. Join us for this session where we’ll explore nearly a dozen alternative leadership structures emerging in the nonprofit sector that are challenging traditional hierarchical models for both board and staff.

During this presentation, we will explore alternative leadership structures such as co-directorships, flat organizational hierarchies, and unique board models. Discover how these innovative structures foster collaboration, promote shared decision-making, and create a culture of inclusivity within nonprofit organizations. Through engaging discussions and real-life case studies, we will examine the benefits, challenges, and considerations of implementing alternative leadership models. Attendees will gain practical insights on assessing the effectiveness of their current leadership structure, evaluating whether and how structural changes could be a useful tool, and what the path toward change could look like for their organization.

Whether you are an aspiring leader, a staff member looking to drive positive change, or simply curious about new leadership paradigms, this presentation offers a valuable opportunity to expand your knowledge and broaden your perspective.

Please note: this webinar will not be recorded.
