Presented by two of Oregon’s expert trainers, Nancy Gaston and Jim Laden, this training will provide you with tools to enhance your existing program, or build one from the ground up. With their knowledge of volunteer programs in government, nonprofit and faith-based sectors, Nancy and Jim can answer all your questions to develop a first-class volunteer program for your

Founded in 1982, Northwest Oregon Volunteer Administrators Association (NOVAA) is a nonprofit organization for volunteer management professionals and anyone who leads volunteers. NOVAA offers a variety of programming designed to support the professional development of leaders of volunteers with all levels of expertise.
