Building and Sustaining Successful Collaborations

There is more and more pressure in these times of resource scarcity to collaborate. Many organizations have had mixed results with collaboration and often struggle with why this is so. <br><br> Collaboration isn't easy and isn't always warranted, but in the right circumstances it is a highly effective way to reach our organizational goals. And sometimes, it is the only way. This workshop will focus on the nuts and bolts of collaboration - how to decide when to collaborate, as well as how to initiate, build and nurture a collaboration to ensure success.
