“Women in Philanthropy Today” will be presented by the Association of
Fundraising Professionals Oregon & Southwest Washington Chapter (“AFP”) on
Friday, October 3. Doors open at 11 a.m. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m.,
followed by the program from noon to 1 p.m. The event will be held at the
Multnomah Athletic Club, 1849 SW Salmon Street in downtown Portland.
Aggie Sweeney, CFRE, President and CEO of Collins Group, will moderate a
panel discussion about the influential and growing role of women in
philanthropy. Panelists will include Rupa Jack, Martha Sloca Richards,
Orcilia Forbes, Priscilla Kostiner and Kathryn Bussman.
The cost for the event is $35 for AFP members and $50 for nonmembers. Tables
of 8 are available for $350. Pre-registration is required. Online
