Kirk Harvey
Chief Investigator, Oregon Department of Justice Kirk is the Chief Investigator for the Charitable Activities Section of the Oregon Department of Justice. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner with 32
years experience in governmental regulation and law enforcement. Prior to his appointment to Chief Investigator, Kirk served as an Investigative Auditor for the Charitable Activities Section of the Department of Justice.
Katherine DeYoung, CPA
Executive Director, Center for Nonprofit Stewardship Kathy is the founder of the Center for Nonprofit Stewardship, co-author of “A
Directors and Officers Workbook” for nonprofits and author of “How to Conduct an Internal Audit”. She has worked with nonprofit organizations for over 30 years and is a frequent presenter on nonprofit financial issues.
