Join Rick Levine, one of the Northwest’s most expert grant writers, and Candy Solovjovs, Program Team Manager, Meyer Memorial Trust, to learn what foundation and corporate grant makers expect of experienced grant writers. • Cindy Knowles, The Collins Foundation
  • Martha Richards, James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation

  • Louis King, Spirit Mountain Community Foundation
  • Bart Hadder, M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust

You’ll also get to meet some of the major foundation trustees who make the final decisions on your proposals, and learn how and why they make their funding decisions. The Trustee Panel will include:

  • John Castles, M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust
  • Debbie Craig, Meyer Memorial Trust
  • Julie Vigeland, Wessinger Foundation, Jackson Foundation
  • And, you’ll get a chance to learn from the following professional grant writers:

This workshop will be an extraordinary opportunity to hear from the leaders of Oregon’s foundation world!

    Preparation

Foundation representatives ask that participants view this as a learning opportunity and suggest that people not bring material that has already been highly successful.
