About this event

Adrienne Graham

Leapfrog Training & Facilitation

Lunch & Networking at 11:30
Presentation at 12:00

In this active and information-packed session, you will take a look at the roles, responsibilities, and legal duties of effective boards and share best practices that you can start implementing right now. We’ll dig a bit deeper and talk about the division of responsibilities of the Board Chair, Board, and CEO—who does what and how do you avoid stepping on one another’s toes? Finally, we’ll take a peek at the Board matrix and other recruiting tips to help you attract great new members to your Board.
