For over 20 years Clarinda has worked with large and small nonprofits to implement new fundraising strategies. Clarinda takes a team approach with volunteers, board and staff, helping each team member identify their natural skill set to help boost fundraising and friendraising. A sample of some of the nonprofits where Clarinda has served as an Interim Development Director are as follows: Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, Children’s Cancer Therapy Development Institute and St. Andrew Legal Clinic.
Clarinda is affiliated with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Willamette Valley Development Officers, Leadership Beaverton and is a founding member of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon’s Interim Development Director Group.
“St. Andrew Legal Clinic was fortunate to have Clarinda’s expertise, knowledge and dedication as our Interim Development Director for 11 months. Her help was invaluable. Without her help we would not have had the fiscal success that we enjoyed in 2014. Not only is she dedicated to her work, she’s a professional that generously shares her expertise and strives to leave the nonprofits she works for with a solid understanding of development practices so that they can be successful when her work with the organization comes to an end.”
