PARC Resources was founded in 1985 with the simple goal of providing high quality consulting services to improve the communities we call home and to serve as agents of change. We work with a variety of organizations including, schools, social service organizations, arts groups, tribes, counties, and municipalities across the Pacific Northwest. We offer comprehensive services to rural communities through highly trained staff with diverse skills. Such services include business plans, feasibility studies, capital campaign plans, strategic/master plans, marketing, surveys, public facilitation and training, and grant writing services.
