Nonprofit Leaders Network (NLN)

In these challenging times, effective nonprofit leadership is more important than ever. This ongoing learning opportunity weaves together theory, experience, and context to help leaders deal creatively with the full range of organizational issues. NAO’s Nonprofit Leaders Network helps nonprofit administrators strengthen general management skills from fundraising to financial management to effective supervision. Each session is designed to strengthen your management skills while providing field-tested concepts and tools to take back to your organization for implementation. In addition to skills development, each session allows for networking and peer coaching in a collaborative learning environment.

NAO’s NLN series will be held virtually via Zoom through May 2023. Nonprofit leaders, staff, board members and volunteers from across the state may now virtually participate in sessions from any of our three Portland Metro networks. Check out the network pages for details about upcoming learning opportunities.

Who Should Attend?

This series is designed for executive directors and CEOs of charitable nonprofit organizations. This network is also open to anyone who wants to learn more about effective nonprofit leadership.
